Executive Board

Brendan is a junior from Bryn Mawr, PA. He has interned at M&T Bank and Alta Capital Partners and will be joining Bank of America next summer. Brendan loves to golf, volunteer, and cook in his free time.

Ariel is a junior from Vancouver, Canada. She has interned at Bracebridge Capital and Point72, and will be an investment banking intern with Morgan Stanley this summer. On campus, she is a part of the Harvard Consulting on the Business and the Environment, Smart Woman Securities, and Harvard College Impact Investing Group. In her free time, she is an avid pianist and flutist, and loves poetry, art, and fashion.

Jessica is a sophomore from Waterloo, Canada. She is studying Economics and Computer Science, and recently interned at PwC. On campus, Jessica is involved in Harvard Undergraduate Capital Partners, Women in Computer Science, and Curling Team. She can also be found hiking, kayaking, and taking way too many photos of everything.

Florian Hippe is a sophomore from Basel, Switzerland. He recently worked as an intern to an accounting firm CoPartnerFinance over this summer, was an intern team leader for a private equity firm Capvis in Zurich Switzerland, and continuously portfolio manages. Florian will be interning in Nestlé's M&A department this summer. In his free time Florian enjoys playing basketball for the Harvard classics, making music, and running.

Akil is a junior in Mather House studying Economics. He has participated in programs with Bain & Company and Jane Street. Outside of HAI, you can find him in the gym, doing yoga, or baking delicious sweets.

Payton Thompson is a junior from Snohomish, WA. She spent the last summer working as an intern at First and Main Real Estate. Most recently, she worked in the Feature Film department at Jim Henson studios. She worked as a Summer Outreach Intern with HAI before joining the executive board as VP of Marketing in August 2022. Outside of HAI, she is the director of Harvard Ballet Company, a co-founder of Harvard Contemporary Collective, and a soloist with Jose Mateo Ballet Theatre.

Kevin is a sophomore from Charlotte, North Carolina studying Applied Mathematics and Psychology. Last summer he worked as a Venture Development Intern at Heritage. In his free time, Kevin enjoys watching sports and listening to music.

Nicole is a sophomore from Vancouver, Canada studying Psychology and Economics. Last summer, she interned at Octagon Capital Advisors, a venture capital firm investing in private and public healthcare companies. Outside of HAI, Nicole is involved in Bach Society Orchestra, PBHA Alzheimer's Buddies Volunteering, Harvard College China Forum, and has worked as the Partnerships Operations Manager at Harvard Student Agencies. She enjoys playing piano (huge Chopin fan), embarking on culinary adventures with whimsical food pairings, indulging in movie marathons, and traveling with friends and family.

Chris is a junior studying government from Gallatin, TN. He has previously participated in HAI’s client projects and spent the last summer interning at Brown Advisory. In his free time, Chris enjoys watching sports and playing video games.

Anna is a freshman from Shenzhen, China. She is studying Economics and Psychology, and was recently an IB intern at Wellesley Hills Financial. Outside of HAI, Anna is involved with the Harvard College Consulting Group, Harvard College China Forum, and AADT. In her free time, you can find Anna playing tennis and exploring restaurants in Cambridge.
